Why is it that every frosting that I have tried is always to watery! The only one that is good is the Wilton recipe for butter cream.. every recipe I try looks nice and fluffy and when I make it it isn't thick enough to Pipe??

If it's too watery, you're adding too much liquid. Start with a small amount and add more little by little until you get your desired consistency.

I've tried that icon_sad.gif the only recipe that works with is the buttercream.. like for my cream cheese the recipe says add powder sugar till u reach your consistency and it still doesn't come out right and just taste way too sweet!!
