Why is it that every frosting that I have tried is always to watery! The only one that is good is the Wilton recipe for butter cream.. every recipe I try looks nice and fluffy and when I make it it isn't thick enough to Pipe??
If it's too watery, you're adding too much liquid. Start with a small amount and add more little by little until you get your desired consistency.
I've tried that the only recipe that works with is the buttercream.. like for my cream cheese the recipe says add powder sugar till u reach your consistency and it still doesn't come out right and just taste way too sweet!!
