In my search for a really special cake flour I found one at my local bulk supply/Amish goods store. It's just sold by the store by the pound, but the sales associate checked and brought the big bag out and said it was from Con Agra Mills flour company in Nebraska. I just bought it yesterday and haven't used it yet. I have a cupcake wedding this weekend but am hesitant to try a new ingredient after they've already taste tested. Anyone have any experience with it?
