My DH has been trying to purchase me an Agbay (god bless the man!) but has been unable to reach them via email or phone for over a week.
Has anyone had trouble getting a hold of them as well? I've heard that they have great customer service, so it is quite possible that he is doing something wrong!
They do have great customer service.

But it's very possible that they're on vacation this week. When I ordered mine it did take a day or two to get back to me due to how busy she was.
Don't give up on them!
They did just finish up at the ICES convention on 8/7. I know that they did a lot of business there and I'm sure that they had to drive home.
They're very responsive and I'd just keep trying.

Thanks guys, Maureen saw my message here and got right in touch with me. I think it was a modern technology problem lol! Anyhow, my new Agbay is on its way, and they were awesome to deal with! They do have fabulous customer service!
