Different Color For The Fondant On The Top And On The Side

Hi there,

A friend of mince asked me for a cake withe a pink top and a black embossed side.
I'm wondering if I should cover it all in pink and then add the black embossed on the side..or the other way around by covering it all in black, emboss it and then ad a pink round on the top icon_redface.gif
Of course any other solution is more than welcome icon_wink.gif

It would definitely be easier to cover in black and add a pink top. You can just roll your fondant out and use a cake board as a template to cut out the circle (or square).
