Favorite Brand Of Cake Flour?

I've been using Swan's Down just because I'm familiar with it. I am in need of more cake flour and most specifically for a cupcake wedding. What are you favorite Cake flours and why?

I use Softasilk and that's it. I think mostly because it's all I can find in my area. But it's great and has always worked for me.

I use Swan's Down because that's what is available. I used to live in the southern US and bought White Lily. LOVE White Lily. Even AP White Lily is exceptional. Makes a more tender cake.

But with ingredient costs going up I often substitute AP flour if the cake/cupcake is for my husband. He'll eat anything.

Softasilk gives me taller cakes with more tender crumb
