Hi guys

I am requesting some of you expert knowledge once again.
I had to deliver a wedding cake yesterday (my first one) - it had to be stacked as it was delivered the night before the wedding day
It lef thte house perfectly but when I arrived & checked the cake, there was big air bubbles under the fondant - I assume for the compression of the cake or virbrations from driving
Is there a way to stack cakes so this doesnt happen - or any advice?

Thanks
Clare

Hi Clare, I think you may have missed it? This happened to me once, as I didn't see the air bubble, it became so big when I had look at the cake next morning. Since then I carefully check the cake after covering it with fondant. icon_smile.gif
