not only I'm a fondant dummy, but I'm a cake making debutant... Im gonna attempt a hopefully nice looking cake for Ds 3rd bday. How do I make fondant different colors? Like black or odd colors like that? I can easily find blue, red, green, orange and yellow. I know how to mix colors but how do you get brown, and black?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Just add your gel paste. I usually use Americolor. If you need to make a lot of black, I'd buy it pre-made because the color is more consistent and it doesn't take as long to make. What kind of fondant are you using?

TrUthfully, ive never made any nor used any in my life, I'm in Europe so products are not the same. I've read about making the marshmallow one so I wanted to try. Thanks about the tip for black of buying like thar. Now I'll try to find a place that sells them...
What am I getting myself into?!?
