Hey Guys,

I'm on the hunt for a pretty specific recipe.
I need a doctored cake mix recipe (not from scratch, please.) for Red Velvet that can stand up to stacking tiers and fondant. Preferably a larger-volume recipe, so I don't have to make 5 batches.

Any suggestions/reccomendations?
I've looked at a few on here but I'd like some feedback from recipes that you have actually used before.

I made the nursing cake in my gallery out of the WASC recipe that was adapted with 1 box Red Velvet duncan hines 2tbs. red food color, 2 tbs cocoa and 1 cup buttermilk. It turned out perfect, dense but very moist. Hope that helps!
