I need to make some cake pops for a bridal shower this weekend, some of which will be coated with Merckens white chocolate and the others with Merckens dark chocolate . The design needs to include some piping on it. Should I use melted chocolate or RI for piping on the cake pops? Thanks.

IMO, melted chocolate. RI is too hard.

RI will hold its shape better.

chocolate will hold its shape fine, just use a squeeze bottle icon_smile.gif
