Hi Everyone,

For those of you who use SMBC, after you have iced your cake, but before you put on fondant...

Do you let your cake settle at room temperature or in the fridge?

How long do you let it settle?

You should let your cake settle before you ice it.

Yes, I weigh it down and put it in the fridge, generally 30 minutes or so.
