I just got a convection oven. Now how do I bake in it? LOL. Do you use a lower temp.? Do you bake for a shorter time? Can you put more pans in the oven without bringing the temp down? Thank you, Eva
Is it self adjusting? You should read the user guide before using to find out exactly which features it has. They don't all have the same features.
Right, mine is self adjusting so if my recipe calls for 350 degrees I set it to 350 and the oven automatically reduces the temp by 25 degrees.
I honestly haven't noticed much of a difference other than it bakes a little quicker and it's a more even heat...meaning the top of the oven is the same temp as the bottom.
