How do you keep dark buttercream from bleeding on you white icing. Yesterday I delivered a cake that had dark blue writing on it and by the time I got to delivery the blue had starting running. Of course the cake was sweating because it was coming up to room temp. I always travel with my cakes cold but with this heat and humidity they seem to be sweating an awful amount.

There is your problem icon_smile.gif Sounds like when you have dk colors you are going to have to not chill your cakes until the weather gets better.

You can try using something besides bc to write on the cake like ri.
