Earlier I made some cake pops, I'm letting them sit in the freezer over night, and finishing them up in the morning. Should I let them sit out and thaw or can I just take them out and dip them in the chocolate? I have saw some people just take them out and dip them, but mine will be froze over night. Thanks.

I would let them sit 15 minuts before dipping, I have experinced that the chocolate coating crackles if they are totally frozen.

I guess it must depend on the coating that you are using. I use the chocolate bark from Kroger grocery store and add a tiny amount of shortening when I melt it so that it thins it a bit. Then I take them directly out of the freezer and dip them. (And, I may keep mine in the freezer for days before dipping them!!) And, I've never had a problem with the coating cracking...
