I will be meeting someone this evening with the potential of supplying her cafe with cupcakes. Other than volume, price, delivery of goods, and flavors are there any other things I should talk to her about? I am licensed and work from a commercial kitchen so that is not an issue.

Your state may require a different license for selling wholesale.
