Made Mmf For The First Time!

And, I believe this may qualify as the smallest batch of MMF EVER! I think I used about 7 or 8 LARGE marshmallows and, added about 3/4 cup powdered sugar. LOL


I only needed a few little decoration cut outs so, didn't want to have loads of it left over! It looked a little lost at first in my big stand mixer bowl but, it did the trick!!

It makes a ton! I use Wilton's recipe and cut it to a quarter and sometimes it's still more than I need! It's fun stuff!

Yes, I had so much fun playing with it. Tried roses, cutouts, etc. I was surprized at how forgiving it was and, tasted GREAT!

I am wanting to try the MMF also. I am always so afraid to try new things, but I guess that's the only way to learn, right? Great job!

So it's not that hard? What recipe did you use. I have always been arfaid to try it. Thanks. Maybe I can do this too?

You can make a full packet and freeze the leftovers. It's only sugar so freezing it is a breeze! I do it all the time!
