When I have made mine I used the wilton mini ball pan..Cut out cups of bra in whatever shape you want,pushup,full etc..Lay them over the outside of the mini ball pan to curve them the right shape.Make sure you dust the pan with cornstarch or icing sugar so the fondant/gumpaste doesn't stick.Let dry.paint them whatever pattern..in my case it was leopard so I painted black and browns spots...cut out staps with remaining gumpaste and gently lay lossley on cake connected to sides of cups.I used a lace mold to decorate the top of the bra also but whatever you want.HTH
If you don't have ball pans, you can also use tissue to "stuff" the bra while it's drying. This won't be as perfectly round as the method with the ball pan though.
