I am trying to make a flavored filling with pudding mix and Rich's Bettercreme. Should I whip the liquid with the dry mix, or should I whip the liquid first, then add the dry pudding mix?
I have done it the first way before and while tasty, it didn't seem to whip to as much volume as it does on its own, or maybe that was my imagination.
I also forgot how long you whip in a Kithchenaid, 7 minutes or so with the wire whip?
And which speed?
