Can anyone help me please. I want to make my friend a cake with green icing. Preferably a dense moist chocolate cake. I have read Wiltons paste is best for the icing.
My question is how to make a perfectly round shaped cake like the ones found in expensive cake shops? Any recipes suggestions or instructions would be greatly appreciated. And do I need to buy a special round tin?? If so from where in Melbourne could this be found?
Thanks cake friends
