hi, i am from the uk, and we dont use chocolate crispy's to make into cakes? what exactly and how do you use them, as in, what do you mix them with and then how do you mould them into shape,? and do you chill them ? and can you carve them into shapes, sorry for being vague, thanks deb icon_confused.gif

Hi Deb i was wondering the same as i am also from the UK. I was under the impression they used the equivalent to our rice krispie squares (the ones with krispies covered in marshmallow).

I was going to try and make my own, i watch ace of cakes and it looks like they use them but to buy a load in would cost a fortune.

I'm also interested to read the replies.

hi i am from the uk and the equivilent to rice crispy treats are rice crispy squares here, they mould realy well and look great when covered in fondant for models etc hth
