Hello to all you talented bakers/decorators ... I've just joined this site but have been a Lurker for ages. I'm in awe over all the talent here! I'm going to jump right in and ask if anyone can help me. I am making 60 cupcakes for an upcoming baby shower (mad hatter tea party themed) I've been playing with fondant and gumpaste and just can't get the hat right! It comes out too heavy and I'm afraid will crush or fall into the cupcake. Customer wants cream cheese icing swirled on top with each cupcake a mad hatter. Theme on each. I have the cupcakes. Already in mind, just need some help with the toppers. TIA ~V
