Doing a wedding cake, one tier will be chocolate w/ a peanut butter/reeses cup filling. The other tier will be a french vanilla, but don't know what kind of filling to use, as the bride is highly allergic to ALL BERRIES. What kind of filling could I suggest to her? TIA!

Pralines n creme, Pineapple, Bavarian creme, Coconut, White Chocolate Mousse, or just plain Buttercream. Hope this helps! Good Luck!! icon_smile.gif

Well I think that some dry fruits over the cake will also look nice icon_smile.gif What do you think about it? I have tried it on my brother's wedding and you know it was looking so beautiful and stunning!! I uploaded the cake's pic on LiveLike and shared among all my relatives and friends. They all LiveLike it.
