I wasn't able to find an actual aqua blue color and I am having a hard time trying to make it.

Any ideas???

Depends on what you mean by aqua. More green or blue?
Start by using sky blue and then add a very small touch of green to it.

Wilton makes a teal you can try too if your store carries it. My Walmart only has the most basic colors so I have made teal with sky and green like Carmijok said.

I recently used just a touch of Americolors Turquoise and got a lovely pale aqua like color for my sisters birthday. It's in my photos.
