I have seen a video on Youtube where the pastry chef smeared melted chocolate on marble, let it set up a bit, and then cut very quickly the chocolate and it rolled into a cigarello. The video lasted less than one minute and really didn't go into detail. It really looked easy enough. Have any of you done this before? What kind of chocolate do you use? Do you add any crisco to the chocolate while you melt it? At what point in the firming up of the chocolate do you cut and roll the cigarello? The one tutorial on Cake Central I did find uses Acetate.....I am not interested in this method. Can any of you help me? Thank you so very much.
