I started thinking about fillings tonight, trying to think of something different and fabulous. Last semester I had a candies and chocolates class and we made a strawberry balsamic ganacheone day....I'm thinkin it'd be pretty awesome as a filling. Getting the recipe out soon to try it. Anyone have fun filling ideas??
