I've had NFSC dough in my freezer for a few months now. It has been vacuum packed/sealed and I was just wondering how long it will be safe/good in the freezer for? I have a cookie bouquet order coming up in October and was wondering if I should just make a new batch or use this leftover dough from a few months back?

I have actually used gingerbread cookie dough almost a year after I made it. I kept it in the freezer. I think that as long as it is well wrapped and sealed you should be OK for October.
