I've made it plenty before but for some reason, the batch I just made looks more runny, what ratio do you for peanut butter chips to heavy cream?
I used 9 oz. chips to 8 oz. cream, but for some reason, it looks more runny this time. I need it to set so I can whip it tomorrow to use for filling.
If it is too runny, I'd add in some more of the peanut butter chips, melted to it.
