Hello Everybody in need of some help.

I have a cupcake wedding that need 120 sugar plumeria's . I would normally make them out of gumpaste then I realized whe wanted whipped cream.... not butter cream..

I know fondant does not like non-dairy whip.... not sure on gumpaste.. any ideas... was thinking possibly MMF ..

Could you give a little more information please?

What exactly are you using for the icing?

Is it Rich's Bettercreme or something like a non dairy Cool Whip whipped topping?

Gumpaste will react the same as fondant. MAYBE you get a *little* more time.
