Hello -- I'm making a 2 tier cake and frosting with chocolate SMBC. They also want a chocolate ganache drizzle. Have any of you run into any issues pouring the ganache over SMBC? I know it's often done with regular BC, but as long as I put it in the freezer to chill a bit before pouring it on, anything else I should be aware of?

Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!!

I have done this a number of times. I just put the cake in the freezer for a while to get the SMBC nice and chilled, and make sure the ganache is pourable but not super warm.
