I was thinking about a little coupon book but not sure what to offer. I mean, I've got rent to pay now so I can't give away a lot. I was thinking added value type things maybe?

I am planning balloons for a kid focused day. Even with getting my logo on them balloons are surprisingly affordable.

Maybe you could do mini cupcakes for $1 ea. instead of $2 between certain hours like say 12-2 or for a full day. Or your special cupcake for a set price between certain hours....for example, your special red velvet cupcake that's regularly $4.50 the first 10 guests between 10-11am can get it for half price, etc. Just a few thoughts...
