I have had a couple of cakes recenty look like the fondant is getting a big wrinkle or bubble around the middle. I am not sure if the fondant is too heavy or maybe I dont have enough support when I am picking it up... Any ideas of what I might be doing worng?!?!

You probably need to let the cake settle before you put the fondant on it. I try to leave them wrapped in plastic overnight, either in the freezer or fridge. Then I thaw them (if necessary), fill them and stack the tiers. Then, before I crumbcoat, I place a large plate or a floor tile (used only for this!) on top to weight it down for a couple of hours. This helps get all the air out, so that it won't escape after the fondant is there to trap it.
