I have not yet tried to make MMF with marshmallow creme instead of just melting marshmallows. I read on CC that MMF will be more bright white than off white if you use marshmallow creme instead but I cannot find the thread. If this is true, can someone please tell me how much marshmallow creme you use to replace the marshmallows? TIA.

I've never tried it, but I've heard it's not the same consistency as MMF. It doesn't get firm enough to work with.
