I'm making a toy box cake for my daughter's bday and then putting her favorite toy figurines in it. One of her favorite things is Rudolph so as part of the party favors, I'm making Rudolph cake pops. I want to also have some cupcakes available, and am not sure what to do as decoration. I'm going to try to keep it simple but want something other than plain cupcakes with sprinkles or something.

My daughter's favorites are:
Little Einsteins
Backyardigans
Cars
Toy Story
Rudolph
Painting and coloring
Spongebob
Penguins of Madagascar

Thanks for any suggestions!

The easiest thing that comes to mind would be to go to your party favor section and look for little party favors in any of the themes that your daughter likes. Buy the little party favors and stick one on top of each cupcake with a color coordinated frosting. The effort on your part is minimal and the kids get to leave with a small party favor.
