I have been having some problems with sad streaks with my high ratio cakes and I do not know what to do to rectify this problem. Does anybody else get them and what did you do to stop it?

Where are the streaks, in the cake layers themselves or in the icing?
It sounds like maybe the ingredients haven't been mixed well enough if you're ending up with streaks.
