HELP!!!!!! Does anyone have a good recipe for a diabetic chocolate frosting? I have a family member who is diabetic with a birthday coming up and they like yellow cake w/chocolate frosting, I found a yellow cake recipe but cannot find a recipe for chocolate frosting.

I have not tried the following but read it on here before.
Whip up 1 pint of cream and mix in 1 package of sugar free pudding mix. Voila, sugar free frosting.
I'd try that with chocolate pudding and see how it works.
