Im a 45 yr old single Mother of a 12 yr old boy.
Together we have a 24 ft mobile kitchen here in Mississippi.
We cater weddings and feed workers & bar patrons.
We are getting ready to open a resaurant... (really excited)
I had been reading up about the 10 qt V 20 qt opinions on here.
Im so glad I did... I thought a 20 qt mixer would be to big.

Under construction as we speak! I am terrified that my 3 4.5 qt and my one 6qt mixer wont be enough once I open up and start advertising! Moved from there in 2008. It's a nice town. I spent way too much time at McAlister's and Frog Head. Had our child at River Oaks. Lived out toward the new high school, well it was new at the time.
