I'm trying to decide if I want to start my business with a store front and bake in a rental kitchen, or if I want to convert a space to a bakery. I'm looking for information on everything I would need to have in a cupcake shop to pass the health inspection. I know if varies by county, but I would like just a general idea if any one knows. I've called the county health inspector in the county I want to eventually open it, but havent been able to reach him. If you can offer any information, I would greatly appreciate it.
