Beautiful! I got the 1M tip to try and make the roses, but I'm still bad with buttercream! Smoothing it as well as making borders and stuff . My excuse is arthritis in the hands...icon_biggrin.gif

I need to work hard on that! That's why I prefer to fondant everything. I know, I know, I have to get around to practicing, but all the greasy cleanup afterwards is also quite a deterrent for me thumbsdown.gif

Awww...well I hope one day you will be able to master buttercream! Before I went to school for baking and pastry I was a hot mess and super sloppy with buttercream. And I know there are a bunch of youtube videos that can demonstrate and help you with smoothing and border work. And you can always ask me any questions if you have any and I will help you out the best that I can icon_smile.gif.
