My sil is getting married this Sunday and asked me to do her cakes. I have done several so said ok. However always bake and decorate in two days time. I was not able to for hers so I baked last week and froze them because we were going on vacation.. On the road home as we speak so my question is what's best way to thaw and decorate. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks

Set them out of the freezer, set them out at room temp, still completely wrapped, and let them thaw.
After they are thawed, just decorate as usual.
