Hello All!
I make the best red velvet cupcakes but there is always the same problem. The bottoms of my cupcakes are never red they are brown ( Im guessing frome the cocoa) .SO my question is should I add more food coloring or just let it be .I thought maybe I wasnt mixing enough but the batter is always very very red. Suggestions PLEASE!
