Speaking Of Wilton Buttercream.

I can't get any other buttercream thick enough to make roses than the wilton buttercream. I dont care for the taste of it so I'd rather use another one but it is so soft that my roses end up flat. BLA! Anyway, do you have a recipe that you use strickly for 'stiff' consistancy flowers?

NoI just keep adding powdered sugar until it's stiff enough.

Wilton has a royal icing recipe that works good
