I am making the tower from tangled for my daughter. The party is on a Saturday and I am making the tower out of rice krispies rolled in fondant. I was wondering if I can construct the castle on Monday and store it in a sarrand wrap or plastic bag? Will it stay fresh?
thanks

I've done two "Tangled" cake, one was the tower. The cereal treats should be fine. It will probably be be a little dry but still edible.

I would think it should be fine... In my experience they don't really go stale. The fondant will probably dry out, but it will also help keep the RKT fresh.

If you wrap the fondant (on the RKT) in plastic wrap, it won't dry/set up.
