Have you ever tried them? If so, what do you think?

They are the only ones I use. They are substantially higher in quality to any I have tried. I own a 100% scratch artisan bakery and I consider these extracts one of the things that I do that sets the taste of my baked items apart from others. I just changed my recipe for key lime cake and that extract took it over the top.
