Im trying to find the quickest and easiest Icing to make for a filler around my cake (its gunna be the ocean) and I dont want to have to go back out for crisco. I have powdered sugar and the other basics. Any Suggestions?? Please

Just use your b/c recipe using only butter. Is that what you are asking? You could use fondant also, to make the ocean.
