Has anyone had any luck, or have any tricks to getting a heating core to stay put in a slanted topsy turvy pan. I can't seem to get my centers done. Thanks!

I hate to be a buzz kill, but I just can't see those pans working properly.

They seem prone to either underdone deep sides or overdone shallow sides. I won't even use the Wilton book pan anymore because someone complained that the thinner "page edges" were dry icon_mad.gif

I don't have a suggestions on how to get something to stay put on the slant.....sorry.
