So I'm still pretty new to this fondant thing, and I really want to make my son a great Mario Bros cake for his birthday in November. I love the MMF and that is all I have used, but it is really soft. So, how do I sculpt little figures out of it? Do you add something in the fondant to make it hold up better and mold better?
Thanks all! icon_biggrin.gif

Me and MMF don't have a great history together - Mine was waaaay too hard to work with and wasn't soft at all lol. I would just continue to add powdered sugar until it gets to the toughness you're looking for to mold with.

I add Wilton Gum Tex to my MMF for figures that I want to stand.
