I have been extremely impressed by the appearances of specialised 3D carved cakes e.g. aeroplane or car but my question is not how you carve it but you would go about supporting it.
I see many equipment used PVC pipes, wood nail, hammers and I have no clu what to do. It would be really helpful if anyone could reccommend a book that could explain or if you know from personal experience some useful tips.
