I would like to make a coconut filling with bettercream and fresh shredded coconut. How long will it last without refrigeration or should I use the dried coconut?
I am planning to leave the cake out for a whole day.

Hi! I think the general idea with bettercreme is its non-dairy, so you can leave it out for a day and be fine...=)
I used the dried coconut with the bettercream instead of the fresh shredded coconut and it was wonderful. Thank you!
