Hi there! For those of you who have The Mat, what is the best way that you have found to clean it? I have been wiping it down with a damp cloth, and after doing so, I now have pock marks my fondant after I roll it out. (I watched the tutorial on You Tube, and now I dust the fondant with powdered sugar to minimize the pock marks.) Should I re-season the Mat with shortening after wiping it off with a wet cloth? Any tips that you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

All I do is take a dry paper towel and wipe it off. I rarely have to reseason, and my fondant never sticks. I love it!
