Due to certain chain of events I can not bake the cake I wanted to or any at this time. I need something for my mothers bday (6-8 people). What I do have is half of a 12in round. Other than a rainbow any suggestions? Please help!

Could you cut it into small shapes and make mini cakes?

Maybe you could cut the 1/2 in half, stack the two and make a big "piece of cake."
