I'd like to try using modeling chocolate to make a flower lei but I'm not sure what to buy.

Can anyone tell me what to look for??

I've never used modeling chocolate but they do have recipes on here to make it yourself.

From what I see, it's just candy melts or chocolate that are melted and then mixed with corn syrup.
